FAQs

If any candidate submitted by Teammates Talent is hired either directly or indirectly, a placement fee equal to 10% (exclusive partnerships) or 20% (traditional partnership) of the Candidate’s Annualized Compensation will be invoiced to the hiring team after the candidate completes their first day of work.

If any candidate hired by your company and represented by Teammates Talent is involuntarily terminated for reasons relating to performance or misconduct, or voluntarily resigns employment less than sixty (60) days after the start of employment, Teammates Talent will replace the Candidate with no additional Placement Fee. If no replacement Candidate can be found within sixty (60) days of notice to Teammates Talent, Teammates Talent will reimburse the Client 100% of the Placement Fee.
